Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The AA's solution is to trunk the copies in bulk from their printers in Leeds, using hauliers, to regional distribution centres; for AA vehicles (or in some cases hired vehicles) to carry them from there to the 186 AA offices and retail distribution points; and for members to be asked to collect their copies from those points.

Direct collection of handbooks by members has already proved to be a major economy for the AA's affiliated motoring organisation in the Netherlands —the ANWB, with some 2m members.

AA research showed that 93 per cent of all members lived within 15 miles of an AA office or roadside service centre.
