Ml Herts Between Junctions 7 and 9 the two inside lanes of the southbound carriageway will be closed to traffic. A contraflow system will be in operation, and northbound traffic will be able to use the northbound hard shoulder as a running lane. The maintenance work is expected to be completed by August 31.
MI Bedfordshire Reconstruction work at Junction 11 will result in various lane closures on both carriageways until August 31.
Ml Bucks Until September 7 between Junctions 14 and 15 there will be various closures on both carriageways over a distance of 3km, Ml Northants Severe delays at peak times are expected between Junctions 15 and 16 due to central reservation work over a distance of 4km. The middle and right-hand lanes of the northbound carriageway and the right-hand lane of the southbound carriageway will be closed. The northbound hardshoulder will be used as a running lane. Repair work is expected to be complete by August 31.
M2 Kent Closures covering a distance of 41un on the right-hand lane of the southbound carriageway and the right and left-hand lanes of the southbound carriageway between Junctions 5 and 6 are expected to cause moderate delays. Both
hardshoidders will operate, a running lane. Roadworks are expected to continue unto November. M5 Hereford and Worcester Until October 11 there will be various closures on both carriageways between Junctions 4 and 6. Contrafiow arrangements will operate.
M6 Lams The northbound carriageway between Junction 32 and 33 will be closed until early October for resurfacing work. A contraflow system will operate on the southbound carriageway and the hardshoulder will operate as a running lane.
M11 Essex
The right-hand lane of the northbound carriageway will be closed from Redbridge Spur for a distance of 1.5km. Closures are for work on the constniction of the A406 South Woodford-Barking relief road. due to be completed in December.
M25 Herts Until August 31 the right-hand lane of both carriageways will be closed between Junction 18 ' and Hunton Bridge. Closures cover a distance of 1.5km.
M40 Oxford 'the left-hand and middle lanes of the northbound carriageway will be closed over a distance of 3.3km to the east and west of junction 7. Work is expected to cause delays until December 8. Severe delays may occur.
M62 Greater Manchester Until August 31 the westbound and eastbound slip roads onto the motorway at Junction 21 will be closed for resurfacing. There will also be lane closures on the southbound carriageway over a distance of 7km between Junction 21 and JUTILIMI.1 44 I VI Ir:nu IiILtJat"
