Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Mark 2 Acklift 8000 hydraulic lifting platform is designed as a mobile access to heights of up to eight metres from the ground.

The standard unit is fitted with a Briggs and Stratton 4-stroke engine, but other types of engine can be fitted on request. Movement of the two sections of the boom is by double-acting rams, with restrictors to control the lowering of the platform in case of power failure.

Operation is by valves mounted at the base of the unit, but Bowden cable operation from the cage is also available.
