Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Locomotors Ambitron division has sold its first van-based radio outside broadcast vehicle. Based on a Transit 190 High Roof, it has gone into service with BBC Radio Solent.

Locomotors has been building outside broadcast vehicles for some time and claims that the Transit offers greater flexibility than a radio car, while being smaller and cheaper than a traditional OB vehicle.

The Transit has drawn interest from other radio stations in the UK and overseas; Locomotors is also offering the conversion on the VW LT35 High Roof and the Mercedes TN.

The cost of conversion starts at around £8,000. This includes provision for a mixing desk, wiring, basic air conditioning, equipment racks, carpeting and sound insulation.
