Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Drivers and hauliers are being asked to come up with ideas for a string of luxury truckstops which will open next year, starting with a £500,000 development in Lincolnshire.

A new company, RBB Developments, is behind the project; it aims to open one truckstop a year until 1997. Its first, on the Al? at Long Sutton, Lincolnshire, will open in June 1991 on an 11.3ha site. Facilities include secure overnight parking, two restaurants, an entertainment club and show ers. RBB is keen to "get it right first time".

"Most truckstops are a shambles and never stop to ask the driver what he wants," says RBB project manager Jim Hardy.

For this reason Hardy is appealing to drivers and haulage firms to contact him with their ideas, so the truckstops can be tailor-made. Hardy says that "no reasonable idea will be rejected".
