Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

According to most economic and industry pundits the outlook for the UK truck industry remains extremely strong. The European truck factories are ramping up production quickly and this should mean lead times reduce. Most of the truck manufacturers are reporting healthy order books through to the first quarter of 2005. While rising fuel prices and the required move to Euro 4 engine technology in 2006 may give the sector some jitters, in the short term there's little indication of the market cooling...
