Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• MAN has made additions to its after-sales service, set up a UK-based call centre for Euroservice and is now stocking Cummins engine parts.

Long Life cover is now offered in two options above standard 24-month Triple A coverage and other repair and maintenance packages. Driveline and Extended additions are available for three or four years and are supported from the company's Swindon base.

Annual distances specified on warranties can now be covered up to 400,000km for L2000s, 500,000km for M2000s and 600,000km for the F2000.

Driveline provides warranty coverage on engine, gearbox and drive-axle parts, while the Extended package covers more. But starters, alternators, radiators and viscous fans are excluded.

The UK element of Euroservice will be a 24-hour service run from a dedicated control room at Swindon in English. French and German. MAN says it has used the AA for 18 years and has learned much about running call centres.

Like last year's Premier Programme pledge, it will meet roadside rescue or repairs within 60 minutes or refund .£50.

Cummins engine parts will be stocked and offered through franchised dealers. Initially, stock holding will be limited to 200 service-related lines for 10, 11 and 14-litre engines.
