• Hiring a rigid tipper with a crane for only £120 a week seems ludicrously cheap, but it is now possible in Liverpool. Tilly Trucks has just taken delivery of a Ford Transit 190L chassis cab with a Brit-Tip tipping body, and an AIM Hydraulic crane, which is available for hire.
The vehicle has a gross weight of 3.5 tonnes and a payload of around 1,500kg. It is currently working on longterm hire for McTay Construction in Manchester.
