MR. DEREK MACK, son of Mr. A. G. Mack, governing director of Mack's Hauliers, Ltd., has joined the board.

Ma. F. J. SPEIGHT, secretary of, George Ewer and Co.. Ltd., has been appointed a director of the company, along with Mn. W. H. EWER and CAPT. H. G. EWER, who are sons of the founder directors and have now returned from the Services. Mr. Speight is chairman of the Passenger Vehicle Operators' Association and a director of P.S.V. Operators,, Ltd.

MR. J. . A. JOHNSON has been appointed regional manager for the northern part of England of the India Tyre and Rubber Co., Ltd, in succession to Mn.. II. F.
