Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

vehicles up to 3.5tonnes gross weight, is now available from Dalbar Automatic Controls of Salisbury.

The device consists of an external shaft connected by gears to the hub ends of the existing half-shafts.

When the gears are engaged (electro-magnetically or manually) the shaft effectively cancels out the normal operation of the differential by forcing both wheels to turn at the same speed.

The manufacturer claims that the fitting and use of Diflock will not harm a vehicle's standard differential in any way.

Diflock is available in a manual form at £230 exVAT, and with in-cab control at 2273 ex-VAT.
