Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The marshal on number 3 test at the Dundee LDoY round last Sunday took the unprecedented step of excluding a Post Office driver in Class E after he and another marshal had, independently, observed the driver acting on signals from a spectator. A subsequent protest by the competitor was dismissed by the stewards. Spectators at the event had been warned frequently of the consequences of such actions.

H. Curson again became the overall winner when he incurred only 94 penalty points in the Norwich round on Monday.

During the lunchtime interval the champion lorry driver, Norman Singer, competed against Miss Muriel Kilvert, a retired school headmistress, in her Bedford QL Firetender which she has converted to a mobile home and is off for a trip round the world in June. Their driving compared very well and they tied. They both received trophies.
