Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AFLEET of 23 Seddon Pennine buses is being built for the Corporation of Hamilton, Bermuda.

The chassis is the Mk III 13 ft. 11 in. wheelbase model powered by the 6.354 Perkins diesel engine mounted under the floor amidships, driving through a David Brown five-speed gearbox.

Dual air-line brakes are fitted for service and auxiliary systems, and a dual concentric foot brake valve with a hand control valve for the auxiliary brake system.

Bodywork of the 37-seat buses is by the Seddon subsidiary Pennine Coachcraft Ltd. Extruded aluminium alloy sections are used for the main framing with mild steel channel cross members, while the lower exterior panels are of 16 gauge alloy. Front and rear domes are of glass reinforced plastics. Open-type parcel racks are fitted and the seats are upholstered in blue P.V.C. on latex foam cushions.

Special equipment includes public address systems and a fan for the driver on the offside dash. The buses will carry visitors from the hotels to the beaches and places of interest.
