• Four LDoY competition eliminating rounds originally planned as two joint ventures— are now to be held separately.
The Leeds event will take place on July 23 at Freightliners' depot. Stourton, Leeds. A week later {August 11 neighbouring York drivers will compete at Joseph Terry's premises in Bishopsthorpe Road, York.
The Dunfermline event on July 11 will start at the South of Scotland Electricity Board premises with the manoeuvring tests at Donibristle Industrial Estate. The Edinburgh competition—held on the same day—returns to Redford Barracks.
