THE Minister of Transport has dismissed an appeal by Yeomans, Miller and Co. (Tours and Travel), Ltd., against the South Eastern Traffic Commissioners' refusal to authorize picking-up points at Hungerford and Newbury and feeder services between Hungerford and Newbury and Swindon, when renewing a backing for excursions and tours from Cirencester.
The Minister has followed the advice of Mr. J. R. Willis, the inspector who heard the appeal. B6
