Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN RESPONSE to the letters regarding overtaking bans and 40inpli limits (CM 22 December 2005), the speed limit for HG Vs on the Al4 is 50mph. So if trucks are travelling above that speed (and I know they are), they are breaking the law.

Perhaps a better idea to combat the many problems of trucks taking a long time to overtake each other would be to enforce the correct speed limits for the road.

Roy Larkins letter outlines why we truck drivers will be to blame for any future overtaking restrictions and bans placed on other UK roads.

We have been granted the opportunity to show how professional we are and yet many drivers are exactly the opposite. Two trucks travelling side by side for miles is an outrageous display of the self-centred attitude that is held by many so-called professional drivers.
