TWO MEN accused of conspiracy and forgery in relation to an application for an hgv driving licence have been committed for trial at Birmingham Crown Court.
Kevin Lowe of Great Barr, Birmingham, is accused of conspiring with John Rose to forge an hgv driving licence, forging an application for an hgv driving licence and using an instrument that he knew to be false with thE intention of inducing the West Midland Traffic Area to accept it as genuine.

Both defendants were granter unconditional bail by the Bir mingham magistrates.
