Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CUMMINS main and big-end-bearing shells for the 14-litre NHC250 and NT/NTE engines are being sold at half the manufacturer's list price for the next three months.

Once an operator has bought a set of six cylinder kits for one of these engines he has an option to purchase bearing shell sets at reduced costs.

The special offer is available until January 31, 1984, through the UK and Irish Republic Cummins Diesel sales and service outlets, and participating ERF, Foden, Multipart and Seddon Atkinson dealers and distributors.

Each customer participating in the special promotion also has the opportunity to enter a draw for a holiday for two, worth over £1,000.

The main bearing set, part no 3801260, has a normal retail price of £79.52; this is reduced for the duration of the scheme to £39.76. A set of 12 rod bearings, part number 203660, have a total retail price of £38.16 (reduced to £19.08). This gives a total saving on an engine overhaul of £58,04.
