Adan Hydraulics Ltd. has introduced to the UK the Delavan axial-piston hydraulic pumps with capacities up to 30 g.p.m., pressures to 3,000 p.s.i. and speeds to 3.000 rpm.

These units are available in both fixed and variable displacement versions and are claimed to be highly efficient. Low noise level and rapid compensator response are leading features additional to many other novel design features aimed at overcoming problems and giving a longer wear life. Speeds of up to 2200, rpm can be achieved without the need for supercharging the inlet oil supply.

The pumps are of rugged construction using cast iron casings and they have envelope dimen sions of 124n. x x and a dry weight of 541b.
