A PRIVATE sector transport manager has joined the London Borough of Lambeth in charge of its transport operations.
Robert Harrison, who was previously distribution technical manager with Tesco, the supermarket chain, is the assistant director with the council, responsible for all transport and plant maintenance, acquisition and disposal and technical and administrative support.
