Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON COUNTRY is promoting its Green Line toach services next month, with a February Fares Fighter campaign of reduced maximum fares.

The maximum adult single fare on most routes will be £1 after 9am on weekdays and all day at weekends, and the day return fare is being set at £1.50. A major advertising campaign is being mounted to encourage passengers to use the services, pointing out that some fares are down by as much as 55 per cent.

The company's stage service network is being extended this weekend, when it takes over two Kingston-upon-Thames area services from London Transport and revises several others in the area. This is the latest local revision agreed with Surrey County Council, and includes additional through links.
