Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JOHN RAYMOND Transport of Bridgend, South Wales, has taken delivery of 16 new Freightmaster vans and curtainsided semi-trailers built at York Trailer Company's Northallerton factory.

Twelve of the trailers, contracted out to Rockwool, are all high cubic capacity stepframe models 12.2m (40ft) long, 2.5m (8ft 3in) wide with a 228mm (9in) step to give a lower deck, side opening of 3.05 (10ft) on the six curtainsiders and a similar interior height on the vans. Both trailer types are plated at 20 tonne (19.75 ton) gtw for operation at 24.39 tonne (24 ton) gcw.

The remaining four York vans that have joined Raymond Transport's own general haulage fleet are the 12.2m long and 2.5m wide 1B36 Freightmasters plated at 31.5 tonne (31 ton) gtw, with an interior height of 2.59m (8.5ft). Interior width between ply lined sides is 2.42m (7.9ft), the same as through the rear doors.

All 16 trailers are fitted with York's own we'ght-saving single leaf spring E.S Suspension and 160-Series axle.

The trailers bring the John Raymond Transport Company fleet to 70 tractive units and 200 trailers, includi g a Seddon Atkinson 301 tractive unit
