Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JOHN MIDGLEY has left Independent Coachways of Leeds to develop his property interests. His interests have been acquired by Tony Edwards of Edwards Coachways, also based in Leeds.

Mr Edwards was the initial founder of Independent Coachways in March 1968, but left in July 1980 to form his present company.

He rejoins one of his former partners at Independent, Graham Navey, who is now a director of Edwards Coachways.

The combined fleet of vehicles totals 16 and includes executive coaches and seven double-deck buses.

The two companies will continue to operate as separate entities, but from the same premises at Low Fold Garage, New Road Side, Horsforth, Leeds.

Mr Edwards has also taken over the associated companies of Independent, including RT Coaches of Guiseley, Leeds.
