Chester Watch Committee has decided that all owners of licensed motor hack ney carriages plying for hire within the city be required to have taxi-meters affixed to their vehicles, and hasasked the town clerk to prepare draft by-laws with respect to vehicles of this type and conditions of licences for consideration.
