Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ths illustrations reproduced on th'es page show a 3-4-ton Dennis tilt lorry recently supplied to Howard's Dairies, Ltd., of Westeliff-on-Sea, which has been specially built for the conveyance < of milk chums. It will be noted from the rear view that the wheels protrude into paddle boxes, a form of I oonstruction which gives a low, floor level.

The, tailboard is made in two pieces and is hinged, so that when it is lowered one portion takes the form of a step. In order to increase the load capacity a fixed upper deck extends half the length of the lorry from behind the driver's cab, and this can be eatended to the full length of the body by the addition of removable boards. An opening is provided in the upper platform to enable a man to stand erect for the purpose of handling more readily the churns on the upper deck.
