Reote.i, Ltd.; .the well-known rnoton, vehicle cnstrioutors and engingers, of 141, New Bond Street, Locidom W.; and Maidstone, Dorking, etc., inform us that they have acquired an interest IL the business of George Heath, Ltd. of Birmingham.
The combination of these two listed concerns is 'a development which should benefit both motor .owners 'and traders, and the companies hope by pooling their various resources and by the interchange of ideas, to enhance the efficiency of the organization. Mr. George Heath is not severing his connection with the concern, but, on the contrary, will retain the position of chairman of directors, and his unique experience of the motor trade will be a most useful asset. The additions to the board of George Heath, Ltd., are the three directors of Rootes, Ltd., viz., Messrs. W.,Rootes, Seer., W. E. Rootes, and R. C; Rooks. The company will retain their original showrooms in John Bright Street and Lower Temple Street, and the.present personnel will, generally .sl-ieftking, remain unchanged.
