Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Buses

Bangkok Mass Transit has no experience of double-deck buses. To that Authority the physical. constraints of running such vehicles with regard to height and ground clearances are imponderables.

The Ailsa bus which is I subject of Mr Aust's obser tions is destined for service Hong Kong and built to th specifications, and it was agre that Bangkok should only b row it for a short-term evaluati of physical aspects of operati double-deck buses.

Traffic requirements loading and unloading, so far Bangkok is concerned are secondary importance, sin they are concerned primar with the decision on whether not to use double-deckers.

Rather than harm the co cept of double-deckers, as Aust suggests, I feel that t ability to provide a vehicle i physical evaluation at shc notice will do much to help tl cause.
