Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SUNRIPE Fruits (PTY) Ltd, the largest distributor of fruit in South Africa, has recently taken delivery of eight ERF B-Series 6x4 tractive units.

Manufactured in Sandbach, the vehicles were shipped out in ckd form and assembled by ERF's South African subsidiary.

Each unit will cover around 150,000 miles per year pulling a refrigerated double-bottom outfit consisting of a tandem-axled semi-trailer followed by a four-wheel draw-bar trailer with a gvw of around 50 tons.

The specification includes the 14-litre Cummins NTCE 290 turbocharged engine, providing a power to weight ratio of 4.14 kW/tonne (5.64bhp/ton) a Fuller nine-speed gearbox, Rockwell rear axle and ERF/Hendrickson two-spring fully articulated suspension and the SP sleeper cab.
