Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWELVE of 72 new Dennis school I buses have been delivered to London County Council and will start work in the autumn term. When the remainder are supplied, the fleet will consist of 135 post-war vehicles.

The buses, which are painted emerald and olive green, are accommodated in six garages at various points, the largest being at Brixton.

Before the war, school buses were run for the L.C.C. by Messrs. J. R. Munday and Sons. The council took over the contractors' fleet in 1945 and has since developed it.
