Much interest will undoubtedly be aroused by the notification of the registration, on April 19, of a new association' under the title of the Road Haulage Association, Ltd., as a company limited by guarantee without share capital. Each member is liable for 55. in the event of winding up. The objects specified are to protect the interests of persons, firms or bodies engaged in the haulage and transport of goods and passengers by road, etc. Additional interest is lent to the announcement by reason of the names of the subscribers, which are as follow:—Messrs.
