The Hawk was distressed to learn of the case of Rick Hudson, a KFOR driver who has been arrested in Kosovo. Hudson is a civilian driver who was delivering NATO supplies when he stopped at the roadside to help at a fatal accident, When local officials discovered who he was working for he was immediately arrested. Although there is no evidence against him, he remains in prison.
Now an appeal is being launched to find volunteers to raise awareness of his plight as well as funds for his legal case. Anyone who can help should contact Gordon Hudson on 01283 703233.
