I do get some strange messages. Someone told me that the chairman of Runcorn Development Corporation was visiting No 10 Downing Street to talk to the President of Tanzania.
Right—he was. And when his deputy opened Crosville's new bus depot at Runcorn last week, he revealed why: he was explaining the Runcorn busway concept.
