John Mack (Haulage) UK registers name
A COMPANY WITH a similar name to a Norfolk haulier — revealed last week to be concerned over its future — has been registered at Companies House, John Mack (Haulage) UK was incorporated on 6 May and lists as its sole director Jeffrey Hague. Documents filed on the government register of UK companies show Alex Rawlings, a director of John Mack (Haulage), has a share in the business A CM investigation found Rawlings purchased three haulage businesses in highly leveraged deals. Two later went into administration and the transport manager of the third. Dereham-based John Mack (Haulage), is worried about its financial strength (CM 21 May).
