• Hino has revised the front end of its Super F-Series eightleggers to give better ground clearance. Mainland importer Harris UK says that along with the raised front bumper and valance the front springs on its 300hp FY1PUKA 8x4 have also been improved.
1-lino is currently conducting trials in Ireland with the ZF Ecosplit gearbox running in the Super F-Series.
If the trials prove successful then the Ecosplit could be introduced as an option to the standard nine-speed Fuller Roadranger transmission.
