Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Fosroc water-finding paste detects the presence and level of water in diesel oils, gas oils and gasoline. Apply a thin film to a dipstick for, say, measuring contamination in storage tanks. The level of water content is indicated by change of colour from green to mauve.

Gasoline paste is used in the same way and the level is indicated by change of colour intensity.
