● The TC will look at disciplinary action against Edward Hurley based in Hornchurch, on 4 July. The transport manager’s repute will also be examined.
● A PI on 5 July will look at disciplinary action against Peter Mullins based in Northolt and consider the transport manager’s repute.
● On 5 July a PI will consider a variation application from Guildford-based 2020 Recycling. The TC will also consider disciplinary action.
● Sussex Scaffolding, based in Chichester, will make a variation application at a PI on 11 July. Disciplinary action will also be discussed.
● Disciplinary action against Romford-based Fresh N’ Fruity will be considered at a PI on 11 July.
● Hounslow-based Mix Transport will make a variation application at a PI on 18 July. Disciplinary action will also be on the agenda.
Cambridge
● A PI on 2 July will discuss disciplinary action against Gill Transport based in Wigston. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
● In Cambridge on 3 July the TC will look at a new application from ARC Surfacing (UK) based in Waltham Cross.
