THE ACTING Registrar and Clerk to the Transport Tribunal, Miss Mary Rice, retired in mid-July. She has been replaced by two officials from the Department of Transport, Patrick Negus and Christian Kaminski.

cent White Paper proposal to transfer passenger licensing appeals from the Secretary of State to the Tribunal.
