Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN ALCOA forged-aluminium wheel suitable for 15R 22.5 wide single tyres is due to become available in Europe soon. Stocks of the 11.75x22.5 wheel are about to be shipped from Alcoa's forging plant at Cleveland in the US.

The aluminium wheel weighs 26.8kg (59 lb), about half as much as an equivalent steel wheel, and is expected to be specified by operators of tri axle semi-trailers who are aiming for minimum kerb weight.

The Alcoa wheel has a symmetrical cross section which allows reverse fitting, and tyre retention humps which are said to speed up tyre changing.

Retail price of the wheel in UK is expected to be around €150.
