1HE BRISTOL fares dispute mded last Sunday when all of :he dismissed and suspended :rews were reinstated by the 3ristol Omnibus Company (CM =ebruary 14).
The company agreed to pay he crews eight hours' pay for :he first two days of the dispute, 3nd to delay introduction of the ..;ontroversial increased fares unil tomorrow (Sunday).
The National Bus Company and Transport and General Norkers Union have meantime asked the Government to in:Tease Avon County Council's Transport Supplementary Grant to help BOC, and the Union says it wants the Department of Transport to become more closely involved in NBC's activities.
