Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The company has for several years been supplying coach manufacturers with poke welding equipment to reduce the cost and time of side skin welding. However, there is a need for vehicle repairers to be able to refit, or in the case of accidents, rebuild, the new ranges of Continental-style coaches which are built with a single side skin attached along the entire length of the coach, below the windows.

The package consists of a console which is mounted on castors and fitted with a 70k VA welding transformer. A single side-spring-loaded, push-type gun and a pneumatically-operated earth clamp provides the unit with a welding current in excess of 12,000 amps which will spot weld from one side 1.2mm Zintec sheet, the most commonly used material for coaches. The unit can also include primary leads of up to

30m long and enables vehicle repairers to carry out repairs on coaches up to the manufacturers' original specification. Portable Welders Ltd Churchill Road Bicester Oxon 0X6 7UP
