Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A GROUP of BP tanker drivers over a bitter pension dispute. are set to stage a five-day strike The 74 tanker drivers, all T&G union members, voted to strike after they were transferred to BP from Exel earlier this month and lost their final salary pensions. Crisis talks were scheduled to begin at 5pm yesterday (Wednesday). A T&G spokesman says a strike would have a mounting impact on the company's operations, as all 74 drivers deliver to BP forecourts. However, BP says it has contingency plans in place. A BP spokesperson says: "We are meeting with the union on Wednesday, when we hope to resolve the outstanding issues."

If the talks fail nine BP depots will be affected by the walk-out, due to start on Friday 28 October and finish on Tuesday 1 November.
