WHEN Kangourou terminal operated by Novatrans, the French concern, was opened this month at Le Havre, an Andrea Merzario Ltd. semi-trailer bound for Italy was the first British vehicle to use the service. The trailer sailed from Southampton at 23.00 hours on a Thoresen Car Ferries Ltd. Viking, departed from Le Havre at 17.00 hours the next day and reached Novara, the main Kangourou terminal in northern Italy, at 20.30 hours the following day.
