Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE design of the body of the ice-. cream parlour shown in the accompanying picture, departs from the orthodox in that one side and one end are set back to form a gangway which is reached by steps hinged to the body. When the outfit is on the move, these steps are folded up and locked securely in position.

• For customer convenience and as a protection for the serving coanters, roller sunblinds are provided, whilst for safety reasons the steps are fitted with handrails. The roof extends to the full width of the body, the roller blinds, when not in use, folding back under the roof ledges.

The wall opposite the counters is panelled in woodveneered aluminium. with fitted cupboards and shelves, the farmer having Perspex-panelled doors, and the latter having.

tubular protection rails. The underside of the roof is finished in amber-coloured, framed Perspex panels, the general effect, with three fluorescent lights behind the panels, in conjunction with tubular wall lights, being distinctly imposing.

Three refrigerators are fitted behind the main counters, their tops being covered-in to form a counter slightly below the level of the main ones. Hot and cold water tanks are fitted in the roof, being piped to an aluminium sink unit. A Bacterol sterilizer forms another piece of equipment, and it is arranged to be heated by either electricity or Calor gas.

The parlour is equipped with plug points for taking electricity supplies from the mains, but the wall lights are fed through a transformer having an output at 24 volts. In the event of mains current not being available, these lights are fed from a 24-volt battery. By using Calor .gas and Dr-cold the outfit can be run on sites where mains electricity is not available. The electrical equipment also includes a clock and a radio.

The basis of this ice-cream parlour is a

two-wheeled trailer chassis, and the overall dimensions are, length, 17 ft. 6 ins„ width, 7 ft. 6 ins., and height, 10 ft. The body was built by Wilsdori and Co., Ltd., Solihull, Warwickshire, and the operator is Moreream Products, Ltd., Tipton, South Stafford
