SENIOR DISTRIBUTION management is being canvassed by the Freight Transport Association and the Centre for Physical Distribution Management to attend a five-day course on total distribution.
The course, which will be held at the FTA's Management Training Centre, at Wadhurst, East Sussex from May 9 to 14, is intended for senior personnel and managers keen to widen their distribution knowledge.
It will include the distribution audit, cost control, security, routeing and scheduling, customer service determination, third party distribution, management, local authority involvement, and a case study.
