Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ROAD Haulage Association national chairman Ken Rogers (to right) opened the Bandag Tyre Company's new tyre retread factor in Walsall earlier this month.

The factory, which replaces premises occupied since 1970, cover 24,000sqft in West Bromwich Road, Tamebridge, and represents th start of a development programme which Bandag has embarke upon in the Midlands.

Opening the factory, Mr Rogers commented: "There has been n time when it was more important for operators to consider t highly cost-effective nature of premium-quality retread tyres.

"I know that some manufacturers have had bonding problems the past, but I believe that Bandag's unique process is total i surance against this problem, and I believe that in many vehicle us such a retread tyre will be the right tool for the right job."
