Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MOST PROBABLY by the time this letter is published for readers' consumption,Truckworld, the essential site for weary truck drivers to park up safely and securely in West Thurrock will have closed (CM 6 July).

would like to say the decision to close the truck park is unbelievable, but sadly, knowing the way business works, the decision to close the site's doors for the last time on the 28 July is inevitable. Land for development, whether it be warehousing or housing, is far more valuable than land set aside for truck drivers, however shortsighted this appears to LGV drivers.

I'd like to thank Commercial Motor for bringing Truckworld's plight and sad end to the attention of all your readers. Here's hoping that a philanthropic millionaire with a taste for decent breakfasts and a love of diesel comes up with a plan to help all truck drivers who use the M25, M2 and M20.
