Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ELEVEN Leyland vehicles have been shipped to Yugoslavia where they will be used to carry frozen edible exports of that country to neighbouring territories at temperatures as low as minus 5° C. The vehicles are the first of 48 ordered by the Yugostrov refrigerating plant equipment factory in Belgrade.

The order, worth £250.000, called for 15 Super Beaver tractors with 1.200cu.-ft. semi-trailers, 19 Comet tractors with 1,050-cu.-ft. semi-trailers. and 14 Comet 700-cu.-ft. vans. Comjoint, Ltd.. Bishop's Stortford, built the bodies of the vehicles. The cabs have sleeper berths. R. A. Dyson and Co., Ltd.. supplied the semi-trailer chassis.

The bodies were specially strengthened to support meat rails for hanging carcasses and were insulated with Rocksit. Interior temperatures may be maintained at minus 12° C. when outside temperatures are 38° C. Normally. minus 5° C. will be maintained for the transport of frozen meat and 2° C. for chilled produce. Refrigerating plant was supplied by J. and E. Hall and is driven by ancillary petrol engines installed at the front.
