Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW CAB DOOR for Bedford TKs engaged on local delivery work was Introduced to the fleet of Harris Fleet Deliveries of London this week. The alloy door is double-hinged and semi-sliding, and was designed to overcome parking and loading problems in restricted areas.

When fully opened the door requires an 11/in gap between parked cars as against 33in for a conventional fully hinged door. The saving in garage space for 25 vehicles is 44ft 9in.

The development was carried out jointly by HFD with ?enfold Motors of Lee, South East London. It has ben christened "The Daily Mirror Door "— HFD delivers the Daily Mirror in the London area. It is fitted to a forward-control cab on a 115in wheelbase.

Before production began the operator and manufacturer consulted the DoE, the trade unions, their driver employees and all levels of management. Part of the specification reads: "There must be good spares availability and it must be robust enough to stand excessive use."
