• The names of six part-time members of the Scottish Transport Group were announced last week by Mr. William Ross, the Scottish Secretary.
They are Professor K. J. W. Alexander, Mr. Walter Alexander, Mr. A. M. Donnet, Mr. T. W. H. Galley, (chief executive, National Bus Company), Lord Provost Johnston and Mr. P. Somerville, all of whom will serve until the end of 1971. A further appointment is expected in the new year.
