Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOLLOWING the announcement last May that the International Freight Container and Container Handling Exhibition is to be held at Earls Court, London, from September 22 to 26 1969 the organizers report a substantial build-up of applications for stand space.

At the exhibition, planned to occupy a stand area of some 150,000 sq. ft., the world's leading manufacturers will present a comprehensive display. Exhibits will cover the entire range of ISO containers, industrial trucks, cranes, mobile plant for handling containers at ports and terminals, materials, container components, accessories and services.

Companies wishing to take part in the exhibition should apply immediately for space application forms. Allocation of sites except where loading or other special considerations apply will be decided by ballot.

Further information about the exhibition, sponsored jointly by Ilifle Exhibitions Ltd. and the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, can be obtained from the Exhibition Manager, Freight Container Exhibition Joint Committee, 21-24 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1.
