• Distributors might have to offer their customers more shared-user services as planning and environmental laws start to bite, an industry expert says.
The change will be forced on operators and their customers as they try to cope with the higher costs thrust on them by environmental laws, Steve Bedford, TDG's divisional head of UK business development told a CBI conference for logistics professionals.
